WE.RE stands for meticulous and minimalist design, handcrafted in Munich. Weber and Reiter have developed a distinctive design language with their collections, characterised by high-quality materials and precise craftsmanship. The designers draw their inspiration primarily from the materials they source sustainably. The interplay of texture, volume and form gives rise to timeless designs with a clear creative vision.
WE.RE offers an alternative to anonymous mass production. The creative process begins with the design and culminates in an individual fit for the wearer – an approach that can be experienced on a personal level in their open-plan studio, in which design is in direct dialogue with concept, craftsmanship and the individual.

Katharina Weber and Theresa Reiter founded the fashion label WE.RE in Munich in 2014. The designers, who were awarded the Best Graduate Award for their final-year project at the AMD, focus their designs on minimalist elegance, combined with contemporary style and excellent quality. Since 2015, the designers have have run a shop in Munich’s Glockenbach district, with an adjoining local production facility. Their approach has created a space where appreciation people and products, design and sustainability, comes together. WE.RE was also honoured with the MINI Gentleman’s Essentials Award in 2015 and showcased its collections at the Berlin and Copenhagen Fashion Weeks from 2017 to 2020, alongside numerous pop-up shops, and continues to do so in their current Swiss showroom. In 2017, WE.RE created the Sommersalon at the Ruffinihaus, a temporary platform for fashion, art and music in Munich. Numerous collaborations with artists characterise the work of the design duo and compliment their collections, which are released twice a year.
