"Tiles and architectural surfaces are things I have been drawn to for many years. I am particularly interested in repetition, colours and structures in our daily surroundings – things that we usually walk right past, but that manage to repeatedly catch my eye. I incorporate these impressions into my work and use them to develop own forms and small spatial structures. By doing so, colour, surface and form become my language for space."
