Collaborative textile work with embroidery artist Pezi Novi and the open textile format “Knit or Knot” by Julia Richter and Karen Modrei.

Together, we’ll embroider, knit, crochet, bobbin lace, tie knots, design patterns, or discard old ones. It’s about collective work, tools, materials, techniques, new and old knowledge, and the thread that transforms straight lines into a permeable mesh. A place for exchange and connection, people, and new networks to be woven.

Pezi Novi will teach her techniques on a new embroidery artpiece, while the large-scale “Knit or Knot” collaborative works are continued, making collective work visible and tangible. However, all participants are also welcome to continue working on their own projects, watch, tell stories, listen to others, share skills and knowledge, or simply be present.

No prior experience required.
